| The SPRING 2024 Season is here! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.
Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails and texts containing important information. Due to this being a mass email system, please add us to your safe-senders list and frequently check your filters to confirm messages aren't directed to your junk mail, spam, or clutter. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league experience for everyone. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. If you have any questions throughout the season, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 877-866-3524 Spring registration opens December 1st, and closes February 18th. After the registration deadline, late registration is available, but based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full we will build a wait list and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come - first served basis. A $25.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration, so please don't wait until the last minute if your child is wanting to play with some of their friends!

IMPORTANT DATES:
December 1st: Spring registration begins.
February 18th: Registration closes, last day for a guaranteed spot on a team. Late registration begins. Limit space, based upon availability.
February 19th-28th: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
March 1st-17th: Player's jersey, flags, and optional equipment purchased at registration will be arriving at Ship-To address provided at registration.
March 13th: All rosters and schedules will be posted.
March 13th: Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting online, for all coaches and managers, all locations. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball before the season starts.
March 14th-18th Dicks Sporting Goods Appreciation Weekend. Families will receive a 20% coupon through email or you can also go here to receive the coupon.
March 17th, 23rd or 24th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time and location posted by March 17th under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS on the landing page. Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard, jersey and flags!
March 24th, April 6th or April 7th: 1st Day of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. Picture Days begin. Check your league location picture schedule under Schedules/Standings.
May 12th, 18th or 19th: End of the regular season. Final Lombardi and Shula Games per posted schedule, Madden playoff & Championship game times May 12th. Last Picture Day today, check the picture schedule under Schedules/Standings.
May 18th, 19th or June 2nd: Make up date if necessary.

Murfreesboro - April 21st
- Operations Coordinators will send out a picture day schedule and instructions on how to order the week prior to pictures being taking place.
EQUIPMENT:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flags, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration, will be shipped directly to your home. Your player must have a mouth guard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase at the Game Day Tent for $5.
*Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practice & games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets must be taped down to prohibit players' hands or fingers getting caught when pulling flags.
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats, athletic shoes or sneakers.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH? We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting March 13th. You should hear from your coach no later than March 13th.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOLS? Please visit here to read about our safety initiatives to protect your family this season.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT? Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
